March and April

Winters in oregon can be pretty bleak and, as an oregonian, those first hints of warmth and spring illicit pure joy and the desire to burst out of our winter cocoons and venture into the outdoors!

Going to the park with Peter!

Bringing the bikes out at Jer & Lisa's!

A precious present my mother and father in law gave me.  It has been a continued encouragement and reminder of their love and support through a hard time.

Bowling!

Anna's been playing with her wabble for a while but I finally documented the achievement!

Playing puzzles with friends

Anna is a little more physically affectionate than Kenzie would like at times :)

New Vita-Mix (and my super hot husband)!

Katey Quote : K: "Mama, Anna bit me!", Me, "I'm sorry, did you put your finger in her face?", Katey, "No, her mouth."   Haha at least she's honest! :)

A little preschool fun :)

Short trip to Eugene to see friends :)

Just love their face's!

Katey's new bike!

Resurrection Sunday Prep!

Decorating Eggs with Friends

Getting dressed for Easter...Kinda...

Church Egg hunt

Finally a family pic!

And another family pic :)

FB Post : Anna just mimicked my sing song "Love you" tones and whether or not she absolutely understands its meaning it COMPLETELY made my day! :)

FB Post: Tea with my favorite girls! Katey, Anna and Anne :) — withAnne Light at Chariteas.

Daddy got an owie!

Anna the gardener! Notice the dirt around the lips :)

Favorite Nursery buddies :)

Up from a nap, its the show zone :)

Again, lots of affection for Kenzie :)

FB Post: Me, "Katey where are your pants?" Katey, "They got dirty." (very mater-of-factly) , Me, "How did they get dirty?" Katey, "They got dirty when i was rescuing the pertend animals." (Like, "Duh mom!") Love how kids make you smile in the midst of anything :) So thankful

Sometimes you just can't let the littles run outside...but Fred Meyer hall ways work VERY well for excersise ):

Daddy vacuuming the "couch" :)

Super Stylish girls :)

Katey not only picked her outfit today bit said she needed to tuck her shirt in because "that's the way daddy does it and I want to be JUST LIKE DADDY!" :) Well I guess this is the most sincere method of flattery :)

Children's Church!

Zoo day with friends

After telling Katey to run ahead of me and get ready for her bath I come into the bathroom to find her "ready": naked in the bathtub poised to read her Elmo phone :) love that girl!

FB Post: Three kiddos playing "pop egg". Not a clue what it is but they all seem to. I guess it means you cover yourself in blankets...and that's the whole game. I love this age!

Breaking news! "Pop egg" means you hide then, eventually, POP out as something else. So far we've had angels and butterfly's

B Post April 26th: Thank you Jesus!!!, surgery went great and Anna's hips look GREAT (says the surgeon) and apart from being "freakishly flexible" she is just fine and shouldn't need to be seen for another 4-6 months!

Very sad reason for this reunion, the death of our dear friends 18 month old daughter broke all of our hearts but it was a bitter sweet pleasure to have Heather visit from Germany and have a chance for a Mama's breakfast at Tolgate.

Preschool project :)

So many awesome memories :)
