Last night was our first annual gingerbread house decorating party! It was awesome! But its story did not begin yesterday....it actually began over a month ago when Charrisa, Peter and I were talking and decided we HAD to have a decorating party...it then evolved into a female youth leader event....in which Peter was still included :). Being a good sport Peter came over friday to help Charr & I prepare the houses for their purpose Saturday. The pictures start there :)
Some Techno music inspired dancing was definitly a part of the experience.
Then came the big night!

Danae & Elaina had to jet out early so we took a quick group snap shot.

It actually went really good as soon as she figured out that Melissa would take her wherever she pointed :)

Mine came together at the last min with multi cultural snow men and a very effective fence :)
We had a pretty awesome party...from here we lazed on the couch and watched not one but TWO Christmas movies. Muppets Christmas carol was followed by The Grinch to sum up an amazingly fun-filled evening!
